Our offerings include digital products such as eBooks, online assessments, training programs, and consultation services. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once access is granted.

2. Consultation & Training Services
For booked consultations, coaching sessions, or training programs:
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- If the session is canceled due to an unavoidable reason from our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If we introduce any physical products in the future, details regarding their return and refund policies will be updated accordingly.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
